These guys are awesome! I felt this dealership was super honest and worked for hours to get my business. The guy in the shop explained how to properly break in the bike and the reasons why, that was huge. Ive bought bikes in the past and not knocking any of the other dealers, but these guys went above and beyond during my purchase. My salesman, Jon, made sure everything was just right and consistently asked if I needed something or have any questions.

Southern Devil pleasantly surprised me last week, doing a job expected to be handled by HD warranty, which they denied.

The black color inside my muffler started to show the metal color on my 3 month old (2023 ULtd). The bike is all blacked out and that area was visible and it should not be any color, but black. Mind you that I bought a blacked out.

I went to SDHD and filed a claim. They were quick and got pictures and the process got me going within 15-20 minutes.

About 10 days later I got a call from Jeremiah from Southern Devil informing that HD denied my claim.

Jeremiah, without hesitation, immediately offered a solution to make out for HDs failure to warrant their quality issue making sure my new bike still looking like a new bike.

He had a new (spare) muffler that he could replace at no cost, parts and labor, and asked me when I wanted to go back to the dealership, which I did it writhing a couple of days.

Jeremiah was not there but made everyone aware that I was coming and as soon I asked for Brad and Brian and they immediately connected the dots and got the job done in less than an hour.

This is an outstanding service and I want to recognize Southern Devil HD for getting the job done. A job HD warranty failed to provide.

Worthy to mention that I had never bought even a T-shirt there and they took care of my bike like I was a long time customer.

Thank you SD for your outstanding customer service.

First things first Drew took very good care of me and was helpful through the whole process. But I only stopped by for a t-shirt, but he got me out the door in a new to me 2016 Street Glide S. Ill definitely be back for any future trade ins/ upgrades

Just got my first trike.thank you JD.i am having some problems with my trike.only had it a few days.the trike was in the shop when I agreed to buy it so I didn't ride it until I picked it up.i was told it would have new tires on the back .new breaks and new Reverse Gear .also a full tank of gas.well when I picked it up.i didn't have any new tires or a full tank of gas.now I have put maybe 200 miles on it and I am having break problems and a noise from the pipes.

I can't get in touch with JD.the sales person that sold me the bike.the manager told me they couldn't put new tires on it because it wasn't Harley wheels. After I already brought it.

Thankfully I bought the warranty so maybe it all will be covered. So now I got to put it back in the shop for no telling how long after only having it 2 weeks..for things that should have been fixed already

Your service guys are the best... last month, on a solo ride from South Texas to East Tennessee, at 4 p.m., my 2020 Roadglide went into limp mode near Ranger Georgia on 136... after several frustrating tries at things, I called your shop and talked to someone in Service... he over the phone Talked me thru resetting the ECM... I did that, and the bike performed well the rest of my month long trip... He asked me if I had replaced the battery recently, and I said no. He said that maybe a reason that limp mode might have happened. On his recommendation, I did replace the battery later on my month long trip, and that seemed to have helped all the way back to south Texas.I am so glad that he spent 5 minutes with me on the phone and got me rolling again.

I was on a motorcycle trip with friends and our route took us by Southern Devil Harley Shop. I needed to replace a screw the came out of my wifes helmet visor. As I walked in the door, I was met by Cesar Galasso. This guy was great. Very nice. I told him my issue. He took me to, Desiree Griffis, back in merchandise sales. But before we got back there, a bike caught my eye. Cesar told me about it, but without losing his focus on my first request, I met Desiree. She took the helmet. Cesar and I talked about the bike. A short time late my wife told me Desiree had it fixed. I had explained to Cesar that I was not in the market to buy a bike, but I loved his approach. So, if your close, or if you are in the market to trade or buy a Harley, go to Southern Devil Harley Davidson in Cartersville, Ga. and ask for Caser or go pick up a hat or tee shirt from Desiree. 5 star place, clean place, great selection of bikes and very nice people.

Kc and sunshine was very welcoming. Had an answer for every question I had. Sunshine had great tattoos and very polite and Kc was amazing on getting the price down on my bike. I think we became best friends. I love my new bike and enjoy my new friends. Remember if you want to go fast and look cool doing it go on down to see my friends at southern devil.

I gave up 2 Harleys and I miss them both but I got a Freewheeler. Didn't realize when I was little that the tricycle I was riding around on was preparing me for my old age for the big tricycle.

Bought a 2005 Heritage Deluxe from SDHD. Kevin and McKenzie were great. Johnny and Don(?) were instrumental in getting the deal done. John & Dom from service were super helpful in getting us on the road. The whole team is amazing there. Totally a family feel and great to do business with! Highly recommend!

Your front desk secretary/receptionist, Ms. Hannah, was extremely helpful in finding my Costa sunglasses case that I left at the register while checking out last Saturday during the bike & car show. She took the extra effort to walk back to that register in clothing and look through the drawers where she found my property instead of just checking the lost & found. I appreciate and I'm grateful for her extra effort. Hannah obviously takes pride in her work and its refreshing to know that the importance of ethics and due diligence are still understood by young people in our fast paced "Yeah Me" society. Also everyone who I encountered during my visit Saturday were helpful and professional. I only wish that my local Harley dealership was more like the employees of Southern Devil!

Im very impressed with the customer service I get at the Cartersville dealership. Im pretty sure theyre under new management and it showing. Not that anything was wrong before but these guys have really stepped it up. I actually look forward to going to the store for any of my motorcycle needs. Thanks guys! Couple of buddies and I were traveling through the area back to Florida. I woke up at 6am at a local hotel on a Saturday morning with a flat tube tire. Just a pain anyway you look at it. No temporary fix for that. I got towed to the nearest dealer which happened to be Southern Devil HD. They made getting a new tire still under warranty seamless. They worked hard for me even though I am not a regular hometown customer. I met the coolest and nicest people, and had good conversation while my tire was being replaced. I got there at 9am and back on the road by noon. The service department understood my need and worked hard for me, BRAVO. Local people there, you have a great reason to support this dealer. They are a class act!!
