NEW RIDER COURSE
Learn to ride a motorcycle - no experience required! If you're ready for motorcycle riding lessons, there's no better place to learn than Southern Devil Harley-Davidson®. We provide the bike, you provide the gear. You can receive a motorcycle license after successfully completing the class.
The course schedule consists of 3 days of instructional education; classroom sessions and riding on the Range.
Ages 16 and Up: If a student is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver form for the student to participate in the course. Students under the age of 18 who successfully complete the Basic Rider Course, earn a 90-day Motorcycle License Test Waiver. However, to get their license, the student must be at least 17 years of age during the 90-day waiver period. Students must also complete Joshua's Law Requirements.
Note: A Harley-Davidson® Motorcycle will be furnished for your use during the course by Southern Devil Harley-Davidson®

INTERMEDIATE RIDER LICENSING COURSE - GET LICENSED
Designed for active riders who are not yet licensed - the Intermediate Rider Licensing Course is a bring your own bike, 1.25 days class where you'll refine your riding skills and sharpen your riding mindset. Successful completion of the course earns a license waiver that will excuse you from additional testing at your DMV.
License Waiver Class / Skills Practice Class: Must have a Motorcycle Permit or Class M License to register. A Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) Street Strategies online eCourse is to be completed before the first day of class in order to qualify for licensing. The class is usually scheduled over 1.25 days; an evening classroom session (no bike required - cannot ride after dark on a Permit) and one full day of range-riding time (bike required). Must attend both classroom and riding sessions - cannot arrive late or leave early because State minimum requirements must be met. Students who successfully pass the course will receive a license waiver which means no additional testing at the DDS.

3-WHEEL NEW RIDER COURSE
No experience required. The best place for a rider to start once they've made the decision to ride a 3-wheel motorcycle.
A 3-wheel motorcycle does not have to be balanced and does not lean. This course is designed for those with any experience level of riding. This course includes a few hours of classroom activities and several hours over two-days of on-cycle riding exercises. The course is usually scheduled over a two-day period and concentrates on controls operation, slow speed finesse, cornering, braking, swerving, and emergency avoidance skills. Successful completion may lead to an insurance discount. A person must pass a knowledge and skill test for successful completion. This course qualifies for a GA 90-day license waiver allowing an individual to obtain an "M" license.
Note: Individuals need an "MP" motorcycle permit before attending class and your own motorcycle.
